What are your hours of operation?

Open Sun-Sat 10:00 am to 5:00 pm Open 24 hrs. for late night or early pick up with advance notice and reservations.

How old do I need to be to rent a car from Rent A Vette DFW?

All renters must be a minimum of 25 years of age. Certain exceptions are made for driver’s under 25, but must be over 21 years of age.

What type of drivers license is acceptable?

All renters must present a valid drivers license, with photograph, at the time of rental.

How do I make a car rental reservation?

By PHONE or EMAIL: To make a guaranteed reservation, we need a credit card number in the renter’s name. You can supply this information over the phone at 888-350-2588 or by emailing to rentavettedfw@gmail.com. After making a reservation you will be guaranteed your chosen vehicle baring any unforeseen circumstances (accidents or service needed). If you need to cancel your reservation we ask for three (3) days prior notice to avoid a one day rental charge to the credit card provided to secure the reservation.

What if I don't know how to drive and operate this car?

Do not worry! The representative that will drop off your rental will spend time with you to show you the proper operations of all controls and to make sure you are comfortable with the vehicle. Most importantly, we will show you how to put the convertible top down.

Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No. For the pleasure of all future renters, we do not allow smoking in our vehicles. A cleaning charge may be apply if policy is violated.

Is there a limit to the miles I can drive?

YES. We include 100 miles per day and charge $1.00 per mile after the 100 miles.

What happens if I'm involved in an accident?

First, seek medical attention if needed. Then, contact us so we are aware of the situation.

What should I do if my vehicle breaks down?

It is unlikely since all of our vehicles are the latest models. However, each vehicle is protected by OnStar that includes a 24 hour road side service that covers such items as: Flat tire, lock out, and fuel delivery. You simply press the OnStar button located on the rear view mirror or call 1-888-4-ONSTAR and help is on the way.

Do the advertising decals stay on the car when I rent it?

NO, all advertising decals are removed before delivery along wlth a fresh car wash.

Will people know it's a rental?

NO, nothing on our vehicles will indicate that it is a rental. As far as anyone knows it is your own personal vehicle during the rental period.
